Before you choose a personal trainer, you should consider:

  • Selecting a trainer who is experienced in the area you want to change or improve. If you want to improve muscle tone, choose a personal trainer at a fitness studio who is experienced in muscle tone and improvement. If you want to train to lose fat, select a personal trainer experienced in fitness training.
  • Making sure the fitness trainer you have has not only certifications, but the experience in training. Fitness training is unregulated and though a fitness trainer might have a certification, he may not have the experience. The fitness trainers at Forever Fit have experience and certifications.
  • Making sure someone at the fitness studio is trained in CPR and is on staff while you are fitness training.
